Abstract

This is an interesting paper that was published by Silverman. The length of the Vail seeding program lends itself to detailed analysis. North American Weather Consultants (NAWC) does have a few comments as well as concerns regarding this paper.  These comments and concerns are addressed in the following.

Authors that submit papers for publication agree to the Journal’s copyright and publication terms. After the author approves the gallery formatted version for publication, the Weather Modification Association’s Secretary will invoice the corresponding author for the page charges and payment is due within 30 days.
