I appreciate the opportunity to discuss some of my thoughts about weather modification. I know your time is limited and that makes me even more appreciative of your President’s invitation to be a part of your agenda. I would like to take this opportunity to review recent NOAA activities of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in weather modification, to discuss the status of weather modification policy matters, and particularly to present my own ideas on what NOAA should be doing in the future.
