Some Comments on the Grossversuch IV Hail Suppression Experiment
Abstract
The results of the Grossversuch IV hail suppression experiment have been widely used in assessment of the possibilities of hail control actions, particularly those based on the concept developed in the USSR. Also, some general scientific conclusions from this experiment have been derived. In our opinion, however, a few failures in organization of this experiment were made which could influence the results obtained. Elaboration of this point of view is the subject of the present note.Downloads
